Broken Charm LLC sells both blank products and custom products. Return rules depend on the type of product purchased.

Blank Product Returns

New blank products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

Unused

Unopened, when applicable

In its original condition

Returned with its original packaging

Approved returns will receive store credit or a replacement. Blank products that have been used, damaged, altered, or engraved cannot be returned.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, engraved, sublimated, or made to order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once production begins, these orders cannot be canceled. However, we will help if the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the approved proof.

Incorrect spelling or personalization provided by the customer does not qualify for a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your order:

Arrives damaged

Has a defect

Is not what you ordered

Differs from the approved proof

Please include:

Your order number

A short description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we may provide a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

How to Order Online

Ordering online is quick and easy. First, choose the product you want. Then, enter your engraving details. After that, we will take care of the rest.

Next, enter your engraving details. Then, upload your logo, image, or custom design. You can also email your artwork to hello@brokencharmllc.com.

Step 3

After that, we will review your artwork. Then, within 24 hours, we will create a proof and send it to you for approval.

Step 4

Next, review your proof. If changes are needed, let us know. Once you approve your design, we will begin engraving.

Step 5

Finally, we will carefully package your order and ship it as quickly as possible.
