Broken Charm LLC creates custom laser engraved and sublimation personalized gifts. Because many products are made to order and customized, return and refund options may be limited. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Custom and Personalized Items
Most items sold by Broken Charm LLC are custom engraved or personalized. Once production has started, these items generally cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect, damage during shipping, or an error with the order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Broken Charm LLC within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
After review, Broken Charm LLC may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Personalized or custom engraved products
• Custom sublimation items
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
