Broken Charm LLC accepts returns or refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. Because most products are custom made and personalized, non-defective custom items are generally not eligible for return or refund.

Custom and Personalized Items Refund & Return Policy

Most items sold by Broken Charm LLC are custom engraved or personalized. Once production has started, these items generally cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect, damage during shipping, or an error with the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Broken Charm LLC within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, Broken Charm LLC may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom engraved products
• Custom sublimation items
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards
